I am sorry - please forgive me - I thank you - and I love you
This ancient Hawaian ritual of asking for forgiveness has accompanied me the last ten years.
This mantra has allowed me to clear up much of my ancestral loadings, to transform my present relationships with family and friends and thereby anchoring myself in this world.
It has gifted me with a profound understanding how we are all interconnected on this planet and every action has its consequences.
Doing the Ho’ponopono mantra for Mother Earth has become a more recent practice of mine and has given me the same understanding of my relationship to nature and the planet we inhabit.
Doing Earth-altering has become for me a way to express this mantra in a more artistic way and added to its beauty.
Just try to go for a walk in nature and recite for yourself ‘I am sorry, please forgive me, I thank you and I love you’.
